About the Role:

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at Money Well Lending, you will guide clients through one of the most important financial decisions they will make—homeownership. Your role involves providing honest, tailored mortgage solutions while ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from consultation to loan closing.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs and goals.
2. Educate clients on available mortgage products and recommend the best fit.
3. Manage the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
4. Work closely with underwriters and processors to expedite approvals and closings.
5. Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
2. In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. NMLS licensure required.
