Based in Vancouver, WA, our team is licensed across AZ, CA, FL, IA, ID, OR, MT, TX, and WA, offering streamlined mortgage solutions to homebuyers and homeowners throughout the western U.S.

During the unprecedented mortgage surge of 2020, we witnessed how process breakdowns, missed opportunities, and poor communication created stress and confusion for families trying to buy homes. Instead of accepting the status quo, we decided to build something better—an environment where loan originators could truly advocate for their clients, and where borrowers would be heard, guided, and empowered.

In November 2021, Mark officially launched Money Well Lending. Mark’s history of hands-on mortgage experience and firsthand understanding of borrower challenges was leveraged to create a company rooted in empathy, integrity, and action.
